Abstract : Abstract - E-metering (electronic Metering) technology has advanced swiftly, and demand for a dependable and efficient automated Meter studying (AMR) gadget has grown. This technique of power billing is both fee-powerful and comfortable. on the stop of each billing cycle, a representative from the service company must go to the place where the meter is hooked up to gain the analyzing and either report it or photo the electricity meter for destiny information processing (i.e. for generating the bill). This approach reduces the amount of time needed for classic billing and decreases the amount of work required of people. This paper reviews strength meter studying structures that have been created in the closing year the use of diverse techniques including GSM, Microcontoller and so forth.
