Paper Title
Resistor-Like Porous Silicon Glucose Sensor with Silver Nanoparticles

Abstract
In the paper, the possibility of enzymatic glucose detection by porous silicon with silver nanoparticles is investigated. Porous silicon was prepared by metal-assisted chemical etching with silver chemical deposition. It is shown that obtained resistor-like structures are sensitive to hydrogen peroxide and thereby can detect glucose via glucose oxidase reaction with sensitivity up to 0.4 mA/V∙%. Sample preparation conditions greatly influence sensor performance due to different surface area and surface states density. Keywords - Porous Silicon, Silver Nanoparticles, Glucose, Hydrogen Peroxide.
