Abstract : Security in parliament houses or any VIP places is a prime concern for any country. Authoritative security has to be maintained in the above such places by allowing only the recognized vehicles and acquiring the details of the vehicle as well. The proposed project explicitly does the same task by allowing only the accustomed vehicles. Apart from allowing the recognized vehicle, it also states the details about vehicle such as vehicle number the time of arrival of vehicle. Keywords - AT89S52, HT12E, HT12D, L293D.
